Freeholders and Private Investors

Hallmark currently works for a number of freehold companies and private investors to maintain their investment and our aim is always to ensure that there is good communication between the freeholder and leaseholders for the benefit of the development.

Our financial services for freeholders and private investors can include; the collection of ground rent, and service charge; the review of service charges, reserve funds and percentage debt levels; the preparation of accounts and the annual budget; payments to staff, suppliers and contractors; and obtaining competitive quotations for insurance.

We manage all external and internal common areas of a scheme (including lifts, corridors, car parks, gyms, grounds) as well as appointing and employment of on site staff. Our motivated Property Managers will visit your scheme on a regular basis to review all aspects of day to day management.
