We work with many resident management companies and residents’ associations, holding meetings on a regular basis, at which new issues can be raised and the progress of ongoing issues reviewed. In addition, one of our Property Managers will visit your development frequently.
It is our responsibility to prepare the service charge budget for the each service charge year, in consultation with the resident management company or residents’ association, and to collect the monies from individual lessees.
We monitor the contractors we use to ensure that when works are required, they give value for money and provide the best service for your home.
